  1. The above information filled in the prescribed Entry Form by the undersigned is true and correct to the best of my knowledge and records.

  2. The entries for participation in ALL INDIA ART COMPETITION & EXHIBITION 2023 are submitted  after having accepted all the Conditions for entry.

  3. The photographs of the works submitted as entries for the ALL INDIA ART COMPETITION & EXHIBITION 2023 are original confide works which have been fully created by me after 26th March 2022. The exhibits/s have not been displayed in any other National or International Exhibition nor won any award or prize.

  4. In case my entry is selected by the Jury, it will be an obligation for me to deposit the original exhibits at the specified date and venue.

  5. The decision of the Curator/Jury shall be accepted and honored by me. 

  6. I agree that I shall have no claim whatsoever against the STATE GALLERY OF ART, MADHAPUR, HYDERABAD in regard to exhibit(s) sent by me for the exhibition. The custodian of the centre will be free to dispose of the exhibit(s) if I fail to collect the same within 30 days of its arrival at the collection/delivery centre. It shall be my responsibility to ascertain arrival of the exhibit at the centre to collect them from there.
